Amy MacClain is a consultant, program designer and master facilitator. She is a life-long culture change agent committed to holistic and comprehensive solutions that go beyond insight to transformative action. She has over 10,000 hours facilitating workshops for more than 100,000 people and has co-created program content that’s been used by a half a million workshop participants.
Her subject matter expertise includes: BJEDI (Belonging, Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion), conflict resolution, inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, team cohesion, positive culture, white allyship, gender partnership and leadership presence.
Clients include Adobe, Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, Gartner, Anita Borg Institute, Keysight Technologies, Tencue, Opus Agency, UCSF, Cardinal Health, and University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. Amy has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and has done extensive training in re-evaluation counseling, developmental neuroscience, somatic practices, meditation/mindfulness, and social justice.
Amy’s work is trauma informed and she’s passionate about creating safe and constructive environments for people to explore potentially challenging subject matter and build productive and positive communities.
