Ariana Strozzi has been internationally recognized as a pioneer and spokesperson in leadership development and change process since 1990. Her unique approach focuses on emotional intelligence and the biology of leadership. She is particularly fascinated with leadership and coaching in the service of social and environmental change.
With her innovative vision, Ariana blends biology, business process, somatics, and leadership savvy into an experiential format that focuses on developing effective communication and coordination practices. She is a master at locating the internal breakdowns between individuals and within teams through her keen skills of somatic observation, listening to what is not spoken, and making linguistic distinctions. She is known for her ability to help teams address breakdowns in trust, lack of focus and accountability, and communication practices.
