Ariana Strozzi, Master Somatic Coach and Zoologist - Contributing Faculty
Ariana Strozzi is an internationally recognized pioneer and spokeswoman in leadership development. Her unique approach focuses on the intuitive and biological elements of leadership. She is particularly fascinated with leadership and coaching for social and environmental change.
With innovative vision, Ariana blends biology, somatics, and leadership savvy into an experiential format that trains emotional intelligence, self-responsibility, non-verbal communication, and authenticity. She is the founder of Leadership & Horses™, the Equine Guided Education Association and co-founder of Strozzi Institute (Center for Leadership & Mastery).
Ariana has developed over five thousand leaders, coaches and individuals. Her approach is totally original and has proven to be an exciting force in self-development and leadership training. Five nationally known Leadership Institutes currently include Ariana's Leadership & Horses™ program in their curriculum. She has been featured on KTVU Channel 2 News, and in the San Jose Mercury News, The Press Democrat, The San Francisco Chronicle, Northbay Business Journal and South Bay Accent. Her speaking engagements include "Nature, the Missing Teacher" for Newfield Network, and interviews with the Meridian University on The Poetic Body and the Mystery of Embodiment.
