Lesly Higgins
Lesly has provided her expertise as a coach, consultant, change agent and facilitator to an impressive list of clients, including: America Online, Autodesk, Charles Schwab, CNET Networks, Commerce One, Google, Handspring, Peoplesoft, TiVo, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her work for these clients has also involved designing and facilitating numerous off-sites and leadership training programs. At Commerce One, her role as Vice President of Software Engineering involved implementing sound software development disciplines, hiring engineers and managers, and managing the first web-based product releases before the company's IPO. At Charles Schwab, Lesly held executive posts within the technology group, roles that included overseeing major cross-functional projects in both the application solution and infrastructure arenas. Earlier in her career, she had management positions at Sun Microsystems, Sybase, Peter R. Johnson and Associates, and co-founded a consulting company that developed technology systems for major companies throughout the Bay Area.
Lesly holds an M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Development and is a Certified Professional Coach from New Ventures West and the College of Executive Coaching. She is a member of the Organization Development Network, the International Coach Federation, the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.
Lesly's coaching commitment is to use a humanistic approach to help her clients identify and develop sustainable strategies for growth. By using personality instruments, incorporating comprehensive feedback from colleagues and observing her clients in the work environment, she helps each individual in an exceptionally well-rounded approach.
