Victoria Castle

Victoria teaches, coaches, and writes about enlivening practices that result in greater freedom and contribution. A pragmatist to the bone, she investigated the trail of chronic struggle and found the leverage for creating greater results with less effort (a formula she is particularly fond of) and shares widely.

For over 20 years, leaders and Fortune 500 organizations have sought her guidance for how to be purposeful, effective, creative, and fulfilled in the midst of chaos and pressure.

The element of embodiment is a signature of her work. As a Master Somatic Coach, Victoria teaches at post-graduate and professional programs addressing the issues of sustainability and resilience. She speaks at national conferences for business, women, and social activism.

Victorias clients learn to make bigger offers, expand their influence, and achieve greater results while experiencing ease and fulfillment in their daily lives.Victoria Castle is the author of The Trance of Scarcity (Berrett-Koehler 2006, 2007) and hashelped thousands to embody abundance as a way of life. She lives in the Pacific Northwest.
