Program Details: As a result of this evening, participants will recognize patterns of bias in themselves and in others that detract from an inclusive work environment. The event will use live polling software to capture audience experience and opinions throughout the discussion, revealing the real facts along the way to gauge the audience’s own perception of how implicit biases influence our decision-making. (NOTE: Participants are encouraged to take Harvard’s Implicit Bias test in advance of the event!)
