Led by Rayona Sharpnack, CEO and founder of Institute for Women’s Leadership. This particular offering of Women Leading change includes a day spent with Master Equus Coach Diane Hunter at Los Gatos Farms. There you will experience how horses (like most people) respond to you differently when you are in a steady state versus a confused, stressed state. This will enable you to explore and discover your non-verbal communication and leadership patterns.
