Introducing IWL’s newest team member – Stacy Cusulos!
IWL is delighted to welcome and introduce you to Stacy Cusulos as a valuable member of our extended staff. Stacy has spent 20 years as an HR professional and diversity subject matter expert working in corporations as well as not-for-profit, educational and community organizations.
Stacy is an extraordinary partner in IWL’s work. She is current co-leading WLC, PLC and WLC for Women of Color programs, managing client relationships as an account manager and working diligently with Kathy Indermill to create a facilitator’s guide that makes it possible to have other people lead WLC both inside and outside of companies. As you can see she is multi-talented and a great contribution in her many roles.
Stacy has lived the issues of diversity in her family since she and her partner, Barb Waugh from HP Labs, adopted two African American children many years ago.
Although Stacy is an independent contractor she operates as if she is personally accountable for the success of IWL and the alums. As highlighted elsewhere in this newsletter, Stacy has brought the issues of diversity, sexism and classism to our consciousness and through her partnership with alums has enabled us to create the WLC for Women of Color program for companies who are serious about advancing all women in their organizations.
Please consider Stacy a friend and valued resource. You can meet Stacy at any WLC program.
