Ellen partners with leaders committed to building inclusive cultures that foster gender equity and bias reduction in their global organizations. She designs leadership development programs in Fortune 100 consumer goods, manufacturing, academic medicine, technology, philanthropy, and financial services to promote ethical ambition and social impact in the next generation of business leaders.
Ellen serves on the Executive Education coaching pool at the Harvard Business School and is a former member of the Women’s Leadership Board at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Ellen is a contributor to the forthcoming 2017 book The Global Coach and is co-author of Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Practice of Leadership.
She is also a frequent commentator on the strategic advantage of women in leadership on NPR Marketplace and the International Women’s Forum. Ellen served as Board Chair of World Pulse Media and is currently a board member of Auburn Seminary, dedicated to advancing the next generation of social justice leaders in the private and public sectors.
