Kathy Indermill has been applying her instructional design and human performance consulting skills since 1973. Her broad experience includes working with privately held, publicly held, franchise, and public sector organizations.
She has developed performance improvement solutions for a variety of industries including computer technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, independent filmmaking, and food service, as well as public utilities and the military.
Kathy has designed, developed and validated seminars, workshops, and self-paced individualized programs in the areas of technical training, sales training, management development, and personal development. In addition to general business consulting and course development, she has also had several articles published in professional and trade journals and has delivered “how to” presentations for various professional organizations.
Kathy is known for her breadth and depth of experience and expertise in the field of human performance technology. Her strengths are job, task, and performance analysis, packaging and re-purposing content, communication skills, coaching, management education, and personal development coaching. She has a personal passion for generating effective “soft skill” development programs in domains such as personal transformation and self-care.
